Ogilvie Properties Closes Their Eighth and Ninth C-PACE Financed Projects in Colorado

Colorado C-PACE today announced that Ogilvie Properties, who has been utilizing C-PACE financing to retrofit their buildings since 2017, successfully closed its eighth and ninth C-PACE financed projects. Integro Strategic Finance based in Greenwood Village has developed a long-standing partnership with Ogilvie Properties and developed these two projects with technical support from Denver-based Group 14 Engineering and C-PACE financing provided by FirstBank.
Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development Upgrades Lamar Offices Utilizing C-PACE Financing

Colorado C-PACE today announced that Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development, Inc. (SECED) will use $117,600 to help finance numerous energy saving and renewable energy upgrades at their 5,528 SF office building in Lamar, Colorado. This marks the second C-PACE project financed in rural Prowers County.
Colorado C-PACE Closes Largest Project to Date at Keystone Resorts

Colorado C-PACE today announced that ORRA Keystone Investments, LLC will construct a $322 million ski resort and housing development in Keystone, Colorado. Engineering support for the project was provided by Group 14 of Denver. Enhanced Capital provided $55 million in C-PACE financing. This is Enhanced Capital’s second C-PACE project in the state and the largest C-PACE financing in the Colorado program’s history.
